Rooms of the House in French Dining Room/La Salle à Manger Utensils Furniture Vocabulary
Salut, c’est Thomas, Français Immersion TV.
Aujourd’hui, nous allons parler de la salle à manger !
La salle à manger.
On dit aussi ‘le séjour’.
Dans la salle à manger, il y a une table.
Une table
Et pour s’asseoir, il y a des chaises.
Une chaise
Et dans la salle à manger, il y a souvent un buffet.
Un buffet
Dans le buffet, il y a une nappe.
Une nappe
Il met les couverts sur la table.
Les couverts sont les ustensiles qu’on utilise pour manger, comme la fourchette.

Un couteau
Un couteau, une cuillère à soupe
Une cuillère à soupe
Et la petite cuillère, ou on dit aussi : la cuillère à café.

Ou on dit aussi : la petite cuillère
« La cuillère à dessert ! »
« Pardon ? »
« La cuillère à dessert ! »
C’est vrai, la cuillère à dessert.
Une cuillère à café, la petite cuillère ou la cuillère à dessert. C’est la même chose !
Tout ça, ce sont les couverts.
Les couverts
Et les couverts vont autour de l’assiette.

Un verre
Un verre et pour servir le vin, on met des verres à vin.

Et pour s’essuyer la bouche, on utilise une serviette.

Jean-Louis met deux tasses à café sur la table.

Il met une bougie sur la table.
